Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and outcomes.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff within the department.
