General Summary:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist/Social Ads Specialist! Your role: create and manage ads across various social platforms, execute ad campaigns, conduct market research, and optimize based on performance metrics. You'll also manage social profiles, create engaging content, and guide clients through the onboarding process. Bonus points if you're Meta/Facebook certified! Must be based in the US. Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and manage ads for Social Channels like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Develop, execute, and mange social media advertising campaigns
  • Interact with clients and account managers regarding offers, budgets, and performance
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their behaviors and habits.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, A/B testing, and ROI, ROAS
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Create compelling ad visuals and copy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Meta/Facebook Certifications are a plus

• Create and manage profiles for social media channels - Facebook/IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Create engaging social content that matches the voice and brand of the client

  • Work with Account Managers and clients to establish and maintain a community events calendar for clients to identify key events for participation and promote events online in conjunction with social media

• Create create engaging, conversion-focused marketing materials.

• Guiding client onboarding by securing necessary resources and profiles to initiate services, ensuring an optimized, unified marketing strategy from the get-go.

• Ability to update client websites (WordPress) utilizing different themes and page builders utilizing SEO and UI/UX best practices

• Demonstrate ability and desire to learn local SEO best practices, and implement onsite and offsite SEO

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members

• Participate in scheduled department meetings and other strategy sessions as needed

• Acquire and share new industry best practices in fitness, healthcare, and other industries with team members

• Maintain Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) for client interaction

• Complete tickets, team assignments (queue), and all deliverables assigned to individual and team(s) you are a part of

• Ability to meet deliverables consistently and without the creation of bottlenecks

• Ability to work within multiple cloud based software systems such as CRM, ticketing, messaging, Google Suite

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication

• 4+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing
