Job Posting: Commercial Masonry Estimator


A well-established and reputable commercial construction company is seeking a skilled Commercial Masonry Estimator with a strong background in masonry, waterproofing, and restoration . Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial masonry, waterproofing, and restoration
  
  
• Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar takeoff/estimating software
  
  
• Solid understanding of construction documents, scopes, and cost analysis
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines
  
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Good tenure preferred
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
  
  
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Bluebeam
  
  
• Analyze project scopes in masonry, waterproofing, and restoration disciplines
  
  
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
  
  
• Prepare and submit competitive, timely bid proposals
  
  
• Participate in pre-construction planning and handoff to project teams
