We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support our CPA firm’s client onboarding and documentation process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, organizing information, and helping ensure smooth operations in a professional services setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to collect required documents and follow up on missing items
• Review client submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Provide preliminary fee estimates based on scope and complexity
• Coordinate internally with CPAs and staff to ensure timely processing
• Maintain organized digital records and track client progress
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and client updates
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in client service, administrative support, or accounting firm operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable with digital tools and document management systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with tax or financial terminology is a plus

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of tax preparation experience/accounting and have a Bachelor’s in accounting from an accredited college. Responsibilities include helping in tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations . You will work directly with our clients and as a team member to provide support to CPA's
