Job Description Job Title: Cleanroom Technician
Job Description As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for completing and maintaining all appropriate training and accurately documenting production records both manually and digitally, adhering to the company's quality system standards. Under the guidance of the Clean Room Supervisor or Manager, you will utilize documented techniques and methods to efficiently perform tasks such as post-dryer inspections, branding, coiling, label printing, and pouch sealing. You will also be expected to maintain minimum production volumes, ensure a clean and organized workspace, and conduct line clearance as needed, all while following company safety and quality guidelines.
Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all appropriate training
Correctly document production records both manually and digitally
Conduct post-dryer inspections, branding, coiling, label printing, and pouch sealing
Develop and maintain at least minimum production volumes
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and conduct line clearance as needed
Induct top-down cleaning as directed
Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines
Complete additional responsibilities, projects, tasks, or objectives as assigned by supervisors and executives

Assembly and medical assembly skills
Medical device knowledge
Microscope usage
Production and catheter handling
Inspection and packaging skills
Cleaning and hand dexterity
Medical packing experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
~ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
~1 year of experience in medical device reprocessing, manufacturing, production, or related work environment
~ Exhibits a positive attitude and thrives in a team-based environment
~ Ability to lift objects up to 40lbs and transfer them manually
~ Ability to work on feet or sit for extended periods
~ Basic knowledge of OSHA safety rules and precautionary measures
Work Environment The role is based in a manufacturing lab, which requires adherence to cleanroom protocols. You will be working in an environment that may involve standing or sitting for extended periods, and manual transfer of objects weighing up to 40lbs.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
