We woke up to a flood early Sunday morning in our first floor bathroom that leaked down into our basement. I called SERVPRO° at 6:30am and was immediately greeted by Shannon. She could hear the panic in my voice, but she quickly walked me through the process of turning of the water source and assuring me everything would be "Like it never happened". Jerry and Warner came everyday to check on the blowers and continued to monitor for any potential moisture buildup. All work to be done was explained clearly and thoroughly. Everyone took the utmost care when moving our furniture and packing contents of the drawers. They made a stressful situation more tolerable. All workers were totally professional, yet extremely personable and friendly.
