Duties & Responsibilities A Carpet Cleaning Technician is a key component of our team providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do: Become proficient in carpet and tile cleaning with both residential and commercial properties. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are performed in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork Document all related information of job for accurate job costing Utilize state-of-the-art equipment Apply expert knowledge to treat and remove spots and stains effectively Perform air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning to ensure comprehensive care for our client\'s properties. Participate in on-call rotation Travel to other locations within South Carolina with potential overnight stays Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Requirements & Skills Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry Valid Driver\'s License with a clean driving record Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling Rainbow Restoration provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
