You'll begin as a technician helper , performing tasks such as: Loading/unloading work vehicles Preparing and cleaning equipment before and after jobs Assisting with vacuuming, water extraction, baseboard cleaning, carpet grooming, etc. Our goal is to train you to become a fully independent carpet cleaning technician . Qualifications Carpet cleaning or water restoration experience is a plus, but not required Physically able to lift 50+ lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance) Strong communication and customer service skills Sales or upselling experience is helpful Basic computer skills Goal-oriented and team-focused Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check Must be drug-free during work hours —we maintain a professional and safe workplace Schedule & Availability Full-time position Monday–Friday required Must be available to work every other Saturday On-call hours available at bonus rates Performance-based pay ($50,000–$70,000+ potential once trained) Paid training ($18–$23/hour based on experience) Paid vacation and holidays Healthcare options Uniforms provided Bonus & commission opportunities Overtime pay If you're looking for a company that values your work ethic, invests in your growth, and treats you like family—apply today and join the Patrick Family Chem-Dry team!
