Responsibilities: Perform carpet cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and techniques. Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and other issues before cleaning. Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and methods tailored to different carpet types. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Document work performed and report any additional services required. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on cleaning techniques and technologies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpet cleaning preferred. Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks. Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies and methods.
