Overview K-Designers - Event Marketer/Brand Ambassador Outstanding earning potential - hourly + bonuses and sales commissions Great Day Improvements, LLC, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, K-Designers. We are looking for professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will generate new clients face-to-face at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods across our operating states. You will also collect reviews from previous customers. The primary role is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in our products and services. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions, which are earned when a new client makes a purchase. We reimburse certain travel costs, and there are several performance-based bonuses. Please contact the recruiting/hiring manager for more details. Responsibilities Engage in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing. Memorize and recite scripts and statements provided by K-Designers. Introduce K-Designers' offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates. Collect contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners. Confidently answer questions and handle objections from homeowners, using rebuttals provided during training. Transport yourself to assigned events or territories and work independently while representing K-Designers professionally. Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to various locations. Previous experience in field marketing, canvassing, door-to-door, or outside sales is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
