Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter / Office Administrator (Entry-Level English/Spanish)
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

We are a growing commercial cleaning company committed to providing reliable, top-quality janitorial services. Were seeking a Bilingual Recruiter / Office Administrator to help attract great talent and provide general administrative support to our busy office.

This is an entry-level position well provide training, so no prior recruiting experience is necessary. If youre friendly, organized, and enjoy working with people, wed love to meet you!

What Youll Do

• Post job openings and review incoming applications.

• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.

• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

• Assist with new hire paperwork and employee records.

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors.

• Provide general office administrative support as needed.

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required .

• Strong phone communication skills and comfortable making calls throughout the day.

• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

• Willing to learn no recruiting experience required.

• Customer service or office experience is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

• $18.00/hour starting pay.

• MondayFriday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM no nights or weekends.
