We are hiring Bartenders to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne. In this role you will create warm and memorable dining experiences by guiding guests through the menu, preparing drinks with care and precision, and delivering polished, attentive service. This is an opportunity to be part of launching a new restaurant and bringing Noble Food & Pursuits hospitality and craftsmanship to a growing community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide genuine, attentive service that reflects Noble Food & Pursuits values
• Prepare cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and precision
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure proper pacing and a seamless guest experience
• Complete opening and closing duties and assist teammates as needed
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of service
