What Youll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate our team of 20+ rockstars to deliver incredible experiences and grow together.

• Own the Details: From scheduling to daily operations, youll make sure every shift runs smoothly.

• Deliver the Vibe: Create a welcoming, relaxing, and fun environment for our clients and team alike.

• Drive Results: Help manage the locations P&L, crush monthly goals, and find smart ways to boost revenue.

• Grow Our Community: Build genuine relationships with clients and teammates that keep everyone coming back.

• Be a Weekend Warrior: Youll help keep the good vibes rollingeven on Saturdays and Sundays.
