• Pay: $20.00 to $26.00/hour DOE
• Travel Benefits: $50.00/day per diem, paid mileage if using your vehicle, and no on-call responsibilities.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a National Maintenance Rover, you’ll take on a variety of tasks and challenges:

• Complete work orders promptly and effectively.
• Prepare apartment units for new residents (make-ready/turns).
• Paint, stain, and maintain interior and exterior spaces.
• Handle preventative maintenance programs and inventory management.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Lead capital projects such as rehabs and major repairs.
• Manage snow removal and pool maintenance as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Flexible Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off, working 10-hour shifts (up to 110 hours during the two-week period).
• Experience:
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall knowledge.
  • HVAC/heat pump experience (preferred).
  • HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification (preferred, but not required).
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
